1. About these terms

GeekedGames.io is independently operated in Poland. The current operator’s legal identity has not yet been added to this notice. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the site operator. Questions or complaints can be sent to contact@geekedgames.io. These terms apply to the website and games made available through it. Any additional game-specific terms will be identified on the relevant game page.

2. Recommended age: 13+

The site is intended for a general audience and is not primarily directed at children. We recommend it for ages 13 and above. This is audience guidance, not an age-verification system or a claim that every game is suitable for every person aged 13 or older.

Games may contain fictional combat, cartoon violence, frightening scenes, mature humour or other themes that younger players may find unsuitable. Review each game’s description and any content notices before playing. Parents and guardians should assess suitability and supervise younger users. Minors should review these terms with a parent or guardian where appropriate.

This recommendation does not replace legal requirements concerning children’s privacy, capacity to enter agreements or access to restricted content. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

3. Fictional content and responsible play

Games are provided for entertainment. Depictions of violence, dangerous activities, illegal conduct or unethical behaviour do not constitute our endorsement, encouragement or instructions to act that way in real life. Do not imitate dangerous activities shown in a game.

Some games may use satire, parody or exaggerated fictional situations. This does not mean every game is a parody or that its content is exempt from copyright or other laws. Stop playing if content causes distress, take regular breaks and report material you believe is unlawful or harmful.

4. Permission to use the service

Subject to these terms and applicable rights, you may access the site and play available games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of games, artwork, music, software, names or branding. Other uses require the relevant rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law or an applicable licence.

Do not distribute malware, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, exploit security weaknesses, infringe others’ rights, or use automated traffic to falsify plays, rankings or other statistics. Report vulnerabilities privately to contact@geekedgames.io without accessing other people’s data or causing damage.

5. Games, developers and saved progress

Games may be created by us or supplied by independent developers. Developers retain responsibility for their own contributions and for obtaining the permissions their content requires. Identifying an outside developer does not remove any legal responsibility we have as the site operator.

Games and features may change, become temporarily unavailable or be removed, including for technical, licensing or safety reasons. Compatibility and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Browser storage may be lost when you clear site data, change devices or use private browsing. Unless a game expressly offers cloud saving, do not assume progress is backed up or synced.

6. Advertising and external services

No third-party advertising network is currently connected. If advertising or sponsorship is introduced, paid placements will be identified and the relevant privacy and cookie information will be updated before activation. Optional tracking will require consent where the law requires it.

Social links and other external links lead to services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply on those services. A link or advertisement is not a guarantee of an external product, offer or website. Report misleading or harmful advertisements to us if they appear.

7. Reports and complaints

For a broken game, harmful content, a privacy concern or another complaint, email contact@geekedgames.io with the relevant URL and a clear explanation. We will review the report and may request further details, restrict or remove content, or contact the developer. Copyright reports are covered by our Copyright & takedown policy.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that it will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where the law places that responsibility on us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other non-excludable obligation. Your mandatory consumer rights and rights under data protection law remain unaffected. These terms do not provide a blanket waiver of responsibility for games supplied by outside developers.

9. Privacy, applicable law and changes

The Privacy policy and Cookies & storage notice explain data handling and browser storage. Reading or using the site does not itself constitute consent to optional advertising or tracking.

Polish law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of habitual residence. This does not restrict your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site before they take effect where practicable; urgent changes may take effect sooner where required by law or security needs. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
